Are there any per-student fees?
No. €499/year flat. Whether you have 50 students or 50,000, the price is the same.
What happens when my license expires?
The assistant stops rendering on your campus. You get a 7-day grace period. Your data is never deleted — renew anytime and everything resumes instantly.
Can I get a refund?
If Campus Assistant doesn't work for your campus within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer a 50% discount for institutions in developing countries and for Moodle test environments. Contact us.
